"Sometime during the summer of 2009" a top secret covert operation was carried out by a team of highly trained operatives, and one sadly inept lookout person, to uncover and retrieve a treasure trove of old family recipes. These will be the cornerstone for our next cookbook, "Behind the Red Door"

For those who did not have an opportunity to purchase a copy of our first cookbook, "It's about Thyme", I have the ability to forward to anyone, a PDF version, all you need to do is ask.

Our goal is to highlight some of the recently discovered recipes as well as new ones we've been collecting and testing.

If anyone has a favorite recipe they would like to share, email me with it and we will see that you get your 15 minutes of fame, and a lifetime of notoriety!

This blog will be all about food, and nothing else, no politics, no other issues, just food.
